Starting-Out
Before you get to far into your restoration it's always a
good idea to make sure your frame and front end are straight.
There is nothing worse than to discover after your bike is
put together that your front and rear wheels are not aiming
at the same point on the compass. If your frame and front
end are straight and if you have most of the major components
of your bike then it's a good idea to start dry assembling
these parts to the frame. Even if your engine isn't complete
you may also want to see if it fits in your frame. This can
save a lot of paint.
